This looks like it's going to be a big year for songstress Whitney Houston. The singer/actress is already set to star in the remake of Sparkle with Jordin Sparks (Click here if you missed that). Now she's set to star in a documentary, along with legendary cousin, Dionne Warwick called "The Wonderful Family of Divas". More after the break...

In a new documentary called “The Wonderful Family of Divas,” Whitney Houston and family will share some insight about the Drinkard family, whose impact in Gospel has pioneered a path for artists in all genres.

The Drinkard Singers are known for their foundational music that paved the way for people like Whitney, Cissy Houston, and Dionne Warwick.

The film will feature performances, never-before-seen footage, and of course exclusive interviews with some of the industries best-known artists. Source

This should be interesting to see. It's good to see Ms. Houston back in action. Now all we need is another album!
