Brandy has finally titled her upcoming sixth studio album release, "Two Eleven (2/11)" in honor of her friend/mentor the late (that still looks weird) Whitney Houston...
Revealing the news via Twitter, R&B veteran Brandy has announced that her highly-anticipated forthcoming sixth studio album will be titled 'Two Eleven (2/11).' The departed singer also adds that the RCA debut project will arrive June 2012.
As far as the title 'Two Eleven,' the numbers extract from her date of birth and the date her idol and friend Whitney Houston passed away.
In addition to paying homage to Whitney, Brandy recently stated that she wants to make sure everything goes right on the upcoming effort.
"I really feel like this is my chance to get it right. I don't want to make any mistakes," the "He Is" singer said. "We want to make sure we have the first single, the right first single, so we don't have to do a bunch of remixes and stuff like that."
She continued: "I can't come off of an unsuccessful album and do that again. I can't do that. That's why things are taking forever and I'm really trying to get everything right." The list of producers and collaborators currently known for 'Two Eleven' includes Drake, Frank Ocean, Chris Brown, Danja, Jim Jonsin, Timbaland and longtime friend/collaborator Rodney Jerkins. Source

I can only imagine how hard Whitney's death (that still looks weird too) has been on her. She and Monica has been hot on the promo trail for their latest duet, "It All Belongs To Me". The video is premiers on VH1 tonight at 11PM EST. Check out the video trailer below.
