R&B sensation Toni Braxton is back with some heat! Hot on the promo trail for her forthcoming album, Heartstrings & Synagogue Vibes, she has finally released the video for her lead single, "I Heart You." Check it out after the break!

In addition to releasing her video, the sixth-time Grammy Award-Winning singer has been guest hosting on ABC's The Revolution. She will appear on the Braxton Family Values, Season 2 reunion show with her sisters and mom tonight on We TV. Wendy Williams will be hosting. The show has already been renewed for a third season.
